Did a 45 minute Wii Fit workout yesterday morning.
- Pulled ahead of Tyler in the soccer head butt! Yea!
- Pulled ahead of Kayla in the Super Hula Hoop! Yahoo!
- Moved up to third place in the ski jump!
- Beat my best time on the downhill skiing! Woot! Woot!
- Worked up a good sweat and set new persnal records in 3 of the strength-training exercises!
It feels so good to start the day with activity! :-)
Better fitness, better racquetball. Paul and I played racquetall last night. I am getting to the ball quicker and tiring slower, for sure. After just one week on the Wii Fit and a few weeks of almost no sugar, it's amazing how much better I feel!
After racquetball, we went up to the weight training room and pumped some iron. Paul and I both are excited about gaining strength that we haven't had in years!
I thank God for miraculous bodies that respond so quickly once we make up our minds to get in shape! The decision is made. I'm on my way to...
